About Wyatt

Wyatt Cagle currently serves as the CEO of South Coast Media Services alongside long-time collaborators Michael Bell and Bill Brauer, following the acquisition of the business in 2019. In his role as CEO, Wyatt plays a pivotal part in propelling South Coast towards integrating technology and creativity seamlessly into all facets of video production. Additionally, Wyatt takes on the responsibilities of Director and Cinematographer (Director of Photography) during shoots, ensuring that the creative vision and requirements of South Coast's clientele are meticulously attended to. Having initiated his journey in the film and TV production industry back in 1999, Wyatt Cagle has traversed the globe, honing his skills, expanding his network, and refining business strategies tailored to the continually evolving video production landscape. From his humble beginnings as a camera operator on the Travel Channel Europe's series "Underground," Wyatt has seamlessly transitioned into orchestrating large-scale commercial productions and feature films with reputable companies such as POV, Inc. based in Houston, and Somnio Solutions rooted in Austin. A decorated editor, cinematographer, and director, Wyatt boasts a successful track record encompassing a myriad of independent film ventures, television series, and advertising initiatives. His endeavors extend to the inception of Team Baby Entertainment (TBE), collaborative contributions to the PBS show Profiles with Greg Scheinman, and most notably, the establishment of his very own production entity, CGL Studios. Noteworthy among his works, the historical film titled “The Example” stands out, currently accessible to audiences on Amazon Prime Video.
